Return Policy
Due to the nature of this business, we do not accept returns unless damaged or incorrect. If you receive the wrong item and the fault is ours, we will gladly exchange unused & unopened items for the proper items.
Under Federal Law you can not return human hair products due to hygiene concerns. We will not accept hair back if alterations or changes have been made. The hair cannot be altered in anyway possible. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, flat iron or treat the hair in any way for us to consider an exchange.
Shipping
Honey Hair Company ships all items through United States Postal Service & UPS. All shipments will require a signature. United States Postal Services is our preferred mail carrier. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address as you will be required to pay a second delivery charge if your order is returned undelivered.
*USPS Priority Mail & UPS For All Purchases. PLEASE REMEMBER, ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED SHIPPING TAKES 5 TO 9 BUSINESS DAYS.
*We do not ship orders to an address other than billing due to security concerns.
